The Autumn Season means Warm Days and Cold Nights!
Parsley, along with 4 of her siblings came into one of the County Shelters with her young mother. Found as strays, Parsley's family was taken care of at the Shelter until rescues could assist. Parsley is very shy with humans, but loves other animals. Our volunteers are working with her and we hope she will be ready for her new home in November 2019.
UPDATE! VANGOUGH WAS ADOPTED! Banksy is still looking for a home. A loving wee girl, Banksy will do best with other animals in her home.
Friends of Ferdinand has Ducks of all shapes and sizes! The 2 ducks in this picture, John Muir & Weeble Wooble are our ambassadors and love to talk to the public about ducks that are looking for homes. We adopt our ducks in pairs unless there are extenuating circumstances. Let us know if you have a safe environment for our water feathered friends. Quack!
Buddy is a recent transfer from Escondido's Humane Society. While on the public floor, he nipped a couple of humans. Buddy isn't for the novice Piggie Person. Buddy needs to go to a patient home with a human that is Guinea Pig savvy. Buddy likes to talk and would be good to have in an active area where he can look at what is going on in the world. Send us a message if you are Piggie savvy!
Ruby is not quite a year and already working everyone for attention. Ruby is spayed and would love to have a ranch or farm with a couple of other pigs and farm animals to run with. Send us a message if you want to meet Ruby!
Creeper is a 60lb. Sulcata Tortoise...a recent transplant. Creeper has some weight to gain and a little bit of healing to do...BUT CREEPER IS A GREAT EATER AND IS LOOKING for a home where he can roam! Send us a message if you want to meet Creeper!
